TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Monthly Club: All unlimited packages and plans are a monthly automatic recharge subscription. The credit/debit card on file will be charged every month. This monthly charge will typically take place on the enrollment date, but occasionally the charge may process a day early or a day late.
Unlimited Club Membership is an automatic recharge program and will remain in effect until you contact the car wash hotline, visit a location, or log into the customer portal to cancel your membership at least 24 hours before your monthly billing date.
No refunds will be given for mid-month cancellations or for billing cycles with no wash usage.
Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash may terminate your plan anytime if the charge is declined in the credit card processing system. Monthly rate may increase without individual member notification from Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash. Unlimited passes are good for one vehicle only and must remain securely adhered to the windshield on the driver’s side.
Vehicle must meet Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash safety guidelines. Enrollment does not guarantee these guidelines have been satisfied. Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash reserves the right to terminate unlimited accounts at any time for abuse and/or safety concerns. When flagged for abuse or safety, cancellations may take place with or without notice.
Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program and the membership at any time, close locations due to inclement weather or holidays, equipment maintenance and upgrades.
By providing your email or phone number, you agree to be contacted by Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash to help manage your account and provide you with important updates regarding services and promotions provided by Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash.
Cash or Scrub-A-Dub passes and Gift Cards cannot be accepted for automatic recharge plans. Program activation is available only through Scrub-A-Dub Genesee County locations. Reactivation can be done at the car wash location or through the Portal, if available.
Enrollment into the Scrub-A-Dub Unlimited Club is considered acceptance of these terms and conditions.
SINGLE WASHES:
This wash is redeemable at any Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash location in Genesee County. This entitles holder to one single wash. This holds no monetary value and may not be exchanged or returned for cash.
GIFT CARDS/Passbook Passes:
This card/pass is redeemable for car washes only at Scrub-A-Dub Car Wash. Payment will be deducted for the card balance until funds are depleted. This card, or any balance, may not be redeemed for cash/monetary value.
